The Austin Centers for Exceptional Students in Paradise Valley, AZ is hiring Part Time Transportation Behavioral Support Technicians to provide active behavioral support on our 15-passenger vans. You will manage student behavior so drivers can focus on the road, using CPI techniques and verbal de-escalation to prevent crises.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPI certification (or within 60 days), CPR/First Aid, and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• CPI certification required or obtainable within 60 days.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide active behavioral support to students during transportation.

• Assist with loading/unloading and vehicle checks.
