Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tracks and measures key areas of significance in which Transportation is responsible for.
• Follows up on inquiries that require investigation and data extraction from various systems.
• Documents procedures and creates work instructions for training and education.
• Trains department on payroll software and processes to ensure consistent interpretation and application across transportation leaders.
• Provides general support for staff within the department and for internal and external customers.
• Serves on committees and participates in professional group meetings.
• Collaborates with IT on developing and testing new programs for transportation pay processes.
• Applies lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste in the position.
