Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in San Carlos, CA to patrol transit facilities, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to passengers and staff. As a member of our team, you will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to ensure safety while following site procedures and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel during security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit platforms, stations, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify transit personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points, pedestrian traffic, and vehicle activity; direct visitors as needed.
• Document incidents and patrol activities according to site procedures.
