Responsibilities include assisting riders with routes, schedules, and policies, while staying proficient in our computer systems. Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tulsa area and local addresses is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, professional tone.
• Ability to reason, multitask, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be a Transit Expert: provide accurate information on routes, schedules, and policies.
• Guide passengers to plan trips and find bus stops; suggest alternatives when needed.
• Listen and solve inquiries with professionalism and courtesy; document feedback.
• Connect with the community and help diverse riders navigate the city.
• Maintain proficiency in MetroLink Tulsa’s computer software and stay updated on policies.
