Job summary

MetroLink Tulsa is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming voice of our transit system. You will assist riders with routes, schedules, policies, and trip planning, in-person or remotely, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

You’ll handle inquiries, document feedback, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures while collaborating with a team to deliver reliable public transportation services.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator—both verbally and in writing—with a friendly and professional tone.
• Ability to think on your feet, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Strong knowledge of the Tulsa area and surrounding streets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Transit Expert: provide accurate information on routes, schedules and policies.
• Guide and Educate: help passengers plan trips and find bus stops.
• Listen and Solve: handle inquiries and document feedback professionally.
