Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or supervising student teachers preferred.

• Proficiency in using technology for communication, documentation, and evaluation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide regular feedback to Transformational Scholars student teachers using established rubrics.
• Conduct formal observations and complete required documentation and evaluations timely.
• Foster relationships with student teachers, cooperating teachers, and university staff.
• Coordinate program activities and ensure alignment with curriculum objectives.
• Travel to school districts in eastern NC to supervise student teachers.
