Job summary

The Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) seeks a part-time Training Assistant to support training delivery for 120 local agencies. This role requires in-office presence at the DSS Home Office and involves coordinating training logistics and center operations under supervision.

Qualified candidates will have LMS experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is an hourly wage position capped at 1500 hours per year and up to 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the delivery of human services program training for 120 local agencies.
• Maintain regional training centers and support staff and trainers.
• Support the System Data and Support Supervisor and agency leadership.
