Qualifications

• Must have valid TX Drivers License and clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights and some holidays.
• Pre-employment background checks and drug screen required.
• Onsite training provided by International Rides Training.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate trains, shuttles and transport vehicles between locations.
• Ensure rider safety and enforce behavior standards.
• Maintain and inspect transportation equipment.
• Keep vehicles clean and prepared for service.
• Complete driver logs and opening/closing checklists.
• Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality.
• Support Safari Adventure Experience when it launches.
• Follow all zoo policies and safety procedures.
