Responsibilities

• Assist guests loading baggage into the van and transport to hotel, airport, or other destinations.
• Drive passengers to airport and other locations; follow safety policies.
• Keep licenses and driving documents in the vehicle at all times.
• Ensure passengers are seated and safe; report accidents or vehicle damage.
• Explain hotel services and local area attractions; stay informed about events and costs.
• Keep the van interior clean and presentable; maintain entrance areas.
• Provide guests with local directions politely and accurately.
• Perform houseman and security duties; secure baggage on request.
• Occasionally transport luggage/items without passengers as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maintain professional appearance; follow company policies.
• Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
