Responsibilities

• Create a one-stop shopping experience with exceptional customer service, asking probing inquiries to understand needs.
• Greet customers, assist with product selection, guide them through aisles and endcaps, and position merchandise.
• Offer Protection Plans and credit card options on eligible products; incentive pay for protection and credit card sales.
• Be a team player and help with tasks that improve how the team serves customers.
