Northern Tool + Equipment is hiring a Part-Time Sales Representative to greet and assist customers, maintain a clean sales floor, promote our credit card program, and sell protection plans on qualifying items. You’ll support the management team with daily store operations and merchandise placement in a fast-paced tool-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring a customer-service mindset, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• Love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create a one-stop shopping experience with exceptional customer service and ask questions to understand needs.
• Greet customers in store and help with product selection and merchandising.
• Offer Protection Plans and our credit card on transactions (incentives paid for protection plans and credit cards).
• Be a team player by helping with tasks to improve service.
