Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand customer needs through probing questions.
• Greet customers, assist with product selection, and arrange merchandising aisles and endcaps.
• Promote Protection Plans and credit cards; incentive pay for selling plans and cards.
• Collaborate with the team to improve store servicing for customers.
