Job summary

Motion PT Group is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide in Town of Monroe, NY. You’ll assist with patient preparation, transfers, and setting up treatment areas to support safe, effective therapies.

Schedule is Mon–Fri, 10–20 hours weekly; talk during interview. We offer a 401(k) with 100% match after 1 year (up to 4%), paid sick leave, and a collaborative team environment. Salary is $16.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Available year-round.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
