Job summary

Confluent Health's Motion PT Group is hiring a Therapy Aide in Monroe, New York. This part-time role (Mon - Fri; 10–20 hours per week) supports therapists by preparing patients, assisting with transfers, and maintaining clean, stocked treatment areas.

You’ll help set up modalities to ensure safety and comfort, contributing to a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, and a background in health, wellness, or personal training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
