Job summary

Motion PT Group is hiring a Therapy Aide in Yonkers, NY for a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri; 20 hours/week). The role supports patients with treatment prep, transfers, equipment setup, and a clean, stocked gym environment. A high school diploma is required; bilingual ability is a plus and prior health or wellness exposure is preferred.

Salary is $17.00/hour with benefits and opportunities for growth within the Confluent Health family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Available all year round.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
