Job summary

MOTION PT Group, a member of Confluent Health, is seeking a Therapy Aide for a part-time position in Brooklyn, NY. You will assist with patient preparation, transfers, and setting up treatment areas, ensuring safety and comfort for modalities and therapies.

Position is 20 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with salary listed as $17.00 per hour and commensurate experience. Equal opportunity employer; accommodations available upon request.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Available all year round preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist with transfers and transportation.
• Prepare equipment and treatment areas.
• Clean treatment areas and maintain a tidy gym environment.
• Ensure treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently set up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
