Cinemark Robinson Township and XD in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure policy compliance. You will work across departments, support the General Manager, and mentor frontline team members.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school/GED, complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses, and maintain excellent guest service, cash handling, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for those handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communications with staff.
• Works in all departments and theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre building, parking lot, signage, and equipment condition.
• Reports needs for repairs to General Manager.
• Ensures dress code compliance and excellent guest service.
• Interacts with Guests to provide superior service.
• Adheres to Cinemark guidelines and Employee Relations Protocol.
• Maintains high work ethic and handles high-contact areas safely.
• Uses PPE and addresses safety issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
