Ivy Tech Community College’s Testing Services seeks a part-time Proctor to administer exams and certifications at the Indianapolis campus. The role supports secure testing for prospective and current students as well as external clients, with strong emphasis on accuracy and service quality.
Responsibilities include on-site and virtual proctoring, scheduling, and maintaining exam integrity. The position requires attention to detail, good communication, and adherence to FERPA and testing

Salary Range: $16.00 – $16.75 / Hour (Based on Experience)
Reports To: Testing Center Assistant Director
Supervision Given: Not required to supervise other employees.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday

As a Proctor in Testing Services, you will ensure secure, accurate, and efficient administration of assessments and certifications both on site virtually and in‑person. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service to students, community members, and external clients. You will work closely with the Testing Center Director and Assistant Director and collaborate with colleagues across the statewide Testing Services network.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Current Ivy Tech Community College students cannot be considered for this position due to access to exam materials.
