Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of customer service, administrative support, or related experience.
• Experience in a testing center, educational setting, student services office, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and proctor examinations including, but not limited to TSIA2, CLEP, Pearson VUE, DSST, ATI TEAS, and accommodated testing.
• Verifies examinee identification and maintains testing security and integrity.
• Monitors testing sessions and reports any testing irregularities.
• Assists students, faculty, staff, and community members with scheduling, registration, and testing-related inquiries.
• Prepares testing rooms, materials, and equipment for testing sessions. Maintains testing records and documentation.
• Assists with accommodated testing services.
• Supports orientation testing sessions and special testing events. assists with Career Services events, career fairs, employer engagement activities, workshops, and student programming as department needs require.
• Performs miscellaneous duties and services as requested or assigned by the Director of Career Services and Testing.
