Job summary

Pearson VUE, the global leader in computer-based testing, seeks a part-time Test Center Administrator in Las Vegas, NV. The role supports secure exam delivery and outstanding customer service in a quiet testing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Flexible shifts include weekdays and Saturdays; 7:15am–8:00pm availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment and be able to observe details from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet testing center environment.
• Check in candidates, verify ID, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
