Job summary

Pearson VUE in Las Vegas is hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our secure exam delivery team at 5175 South Sandhill Road, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The role supports testing operations with a focus on customer service and exam security.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour plus accrued paid sick time. You will check in candidates, verify IDs, proctor exams, troubleshoot issues, and perform light housekeeping. Availability includes Mon-Sat shifts 7:15am–8:00pm; about 3 Saturdays a month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties and sanitize equipment after exams.
• Other duties as assigned.
