Pearson VUE, a global leader in computer-based testing, seeks a Part-time Test Administrator in St. Petersburg, FL. The role involves secure exam delivery, check-in, and customer service in a quiet testing environment. Shifts across Monday–Saturday (7:00am–9:00pm) with 10–15 hours weekly, potential for extra hours.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour, plus accrued paid sick time. Requires a high school diploma and strong customer service skills; experience in test administration is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from testing room. Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.

Mansioni

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service.
• Check in candidates, verify ID, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams.
• Perform light housekeeping duties (vacuuming, sanitizing keyboards) after each exam.
