Job summary

Pearson VUE is seeking a Part-time Test Administrator in St. Petersburg, FL. The role includes securing exam delivery, assisting test candidates, and providing exceptional customer service in a supportive environment.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour with eligibility for accrued paid sick time. Scheduling is flexible and candidates must be available Mon-Sat, with 7:00am–9:00pm shifts and 10–15 hours per week expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and days.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Comfort in a quiet testing environment and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and excellent customer service.
• Check in candidates, verify IDs, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams.
• Perform light housekeeping duties after each examination.
