Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator for on-site work in Boynton Beach, FL. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour, with 10-19 hours weekly and flexible shifts between 7:00am and 9:00pm.

Responsibilities include checking in candidates, verifying IDs, proctoring exams, troubleshooting tech issues, and light housekeeping. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each exam.
