Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator in Wilmington, NC (2709 Market St). The role focuses on secure exam delivery and top-tier customer service in a quiet testing environment. Shifts cover mornings to evenings, Monday through Saturday, about 10-20 hours weekly with potential overtime if needed.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour plus accrued paid sick time. This temporary position runs through January 2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service.
• Check in testing candidates and verify identification.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams.
• Light housekeeping duties (vacuuming, sanitizing keyboards).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
