Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator in North Dartmouth, MA to provide secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment. The role includes check-in, ID verification, and guiding candidates through the exam process.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour with accrued paid sick time. Shifts are Thursday through Saturday, 7:20 AM to 4:30 PM, about 9 to 18 hours per week, with schedules posted at least two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Flexible in work hours and days.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Comply with testing procedures and adhere to company policies.
• Check in candidates, verify ID, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Perform light housekeeping such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards.
• Other duties as assigned.
