Job summary

Pearson VUE in Lynchburg, VA is hiring a part-time Test Administrator to deliver secure exams and provide superior customer service in a friendly, quiet testing environment.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour. You will check in candidates, verify IDs, proctor exams, troubleshoot issues, and perform light housekeeping. Shifts are Mon-Sat, 7:15 am to 8:30 pm, 15–19 hours weekly, with schedules posted two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform light housekeeping.
