Pearson VUE is hiring for a part-time Test Administrator in Las Vegas, NV at 5175 South Sandhill Road. The role focuses on secure exam delivery, customer service, and adherence to testing procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service experience, ability to proctor exams, and flexibility to work shifts between 7:15am and 8:00pm, including some Saturdays. 0-19 hours weekly, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to testing room.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet environment.
• Check in candidates, verify IDs, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties and maintain exam room cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
