Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee is seeking a part-time Ground/Facilities worker to maintain tennis facilities and grounds. Duties include court cleaning, watering, rolling, and preparing for events, with rapid reporting of any issues to the Director of Tennis or Supervisor.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a flexible schedule to cover events and slow periods. Experience with plumbing or carpentry tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• High school or job-related experience preferred.
• Good communication skills to guide guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tennis facilities including court cleaning and equipment care.
• Water, rake, roll, and prepare courts for events and functions.
• Report facility issues to Tennis Director or Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with pickleball and basketball courts during slow times or events.
• Operate and maintain lawn and grounds equipment safely.
