Responsibilities

• Familiarize with Reynolds Lake Oconee properties (ROA, LCA, and Company).
• Assist with turf, shrubs, and plant maintenance; supervise irrigation systems.
• Lead ROA staff on flower bed maintenance and special projects.
• Coordinate ROA projects with LCA Property Manager; inspect properties for needs and liabilities.
• Supervise subcontractor work on ROA/LCA common areas.
