The Undergraduate Admissions Part-Time Temporary Office Assistant serves the office of undergraduate admissions. Reporting to the Lead Coordinator, the Office Assistant will be responsible for routine data entry duties and other duties as assigned in support of Undergraduate Admissions application processing.
Other responsibilities include supporting preparation of mailing campaigns, data integrity checks, document processing, and appropriate maintenance of sensitive admissions-related applicant information.
This is a remote position, with occasional requirement to be in the office (Knight Hall) to support mailings, periodic inventory responsibilities, etc. It is a part‑time position with number of hours worked varying from week to week, as determined by business needs and as outlined by the Lead Coordinator.
