Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash, checks, and credit card advances.
• Responds to customer requests, problems, and/or complaints, and ensures proper hand-off to the right person.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of bank products and services.
• Recognizes opportunities to suggest/cross-sell other Bank services.
• Accounts for all money in the cash drawer and balances daily.
