Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides highest levels of customer service and responsiveness to customers.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash, checks, and credit card advances accurately.
• Balances cash drawer daily and adheres to internal controls and security procedures.
• Responds to account inquiries and directs to the appropriate colleague when needed.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and cross-sells where appropriate.
