Heritage Federal Credit Union in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a part-time Teller to join our customer-focused team. The role emphasizes greeting members, assisting with ITMs, answering questions about Heritage products, and generating quality referrals.

Shifts are Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00am-2:00pm and Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm. Starting pay is $18.63 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a supportive, community-oriented credit union.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in sales.
• Excellent customer service.
• Solid communication skills.
• Self-motivated professional.
• Knowledge of Heritage products and services.

Responsabilités

• Greet each Member in the branch.
• Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.
• Answer any questions about Heritage products and services.
• Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers.
• Assist members with account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts.
• Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Cross-selling products and services.
• Other duties as required.
