Job summary

TruStone Financial is seeking a branch associate to welcome members, deliver friendly service, and promote financial well-being at the Brooklyn Park location. You will help achieve branch sales goals by cross-selling products to existing and potential members while following credit union policies.

The role requires reliable attendance, 20+ hours weekly, and availability Monday–Friday 8:15am–5:45pm plus Saturdays 8:45am–1:15pm. No remote work. Members-first approach encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or in active pursuit of with a specified end date).
• One year of experience interacting with the public or serving customers.
• One year of cash handling experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly, helpful service that promotes positive financial well-being.
• Meet established Credit Union and Branch goals for internal and external sales to existing and potential members.
• Cross-sell financial products and services to deepen relationships and branch growth.
• Process a variety of routine financial inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
• Secure assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.
