Job summary

Busey is seeking a friendly Teller who will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with banking policies.

Bring strong sales and customer service skills to greet customers, answer questions, promote bank services, and support account management. This position is 25–29 hours/week with Saturday hours and weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math and accounting functions.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers with accuracy.
• Verify identities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to promote bank services and refer to other departments.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconciliation.
