Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0 to 6 months of related experience or training.
• Prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems.
• Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Responsibilities

• Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner; meet or exceed Secret Shop score expectations.
• Refer customers to Great Southern services and products; use CRM program.
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately; minimize POD errors.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow security policies.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, including BSA/AML.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional appearance.
• Perform other related duties as required.
