• Perform banking transactions with cash handling, deposits, and vault cash maintenance.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of client and bank assets.
• Ensure client needs are met and manage issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products to support service delivery.
• Fulfilling client needs while providing an exceptional Citi experience as measured by metrics.
