• Perform banking transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and maintaining branch vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on clients' financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets and information.
