Job summary

Bank of Hope in New York seeks a dedicated Bank Teller to deliver efficient, accurate, and courteous service while assisting customers with everyday banking needs. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities include educating customers on products, cross-selling services where appropriate, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and supporting branch operations under the guidance of the Operations or Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional image.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, courteous customer service and assist with account inquiries.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders accurately.
• Educate customers on bank products and refer to colleagues when appropriate for cross-selling.
• Adhere to bank policies, security, and compliance requirements; maintain a balanced cash drawer.
