Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller to deliver a warm member experience and accurately process transactions on-site. You will protect members and the organization by following fraud prevention guidelines and security protocols, while diligently handling cash and balancing daily transactions.

The role emphasizes upselling and referring appropriate products and services to meet members' financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience.
• Previous cash handling experience and knowledge of financial products is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhance member experience and build relationships to promote products and services.
• Accurately process teller transactions and balance cash drawer daily with attention to detail.
• Promote products and services through consultative conversations and referrals to meet member goals.
• Continuously learn about LMCU products, policies, and systems to provide accurate service.
