The Teller will balance cash drawer, uphold security procedures, and promote branch goals while delivering top-tier member experiences in a fully on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of teller or similar experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience and support member retention through proactive engagement.
• Process a high volume of transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy in cash handling.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or security concerns; follow bank policies.
• Provide friendly, professional service and resolve member inquiries efficiently.
