Responsabilités

• Greet members warmly and assist with account questions.
• Process daily transactions securely including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Count currency, balance cash drawer throughout the day and end of shift.
• Process coin transactions at branches with a coin machine/counter.
• Investigate/resolve cash variances with Teller Supervisor or Branch Manager.
• Process and/or collect fees associated with Over Draft Privilege.
• Complete required compliance documentation when needed.
• Assist with answering phones and routing calls to staff.
• Promote FCCU products and services to members.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area and participate in campaigns.

Formation

High School Diploma/G.E.D.
