Blackhawk Community Credit Union in Beloit, WI is seeking a Teller to greet members, handle deposits and transactions, and provide accurate service with a focus on financial education.

The role supports daily cash handling, account maintenance, and referrals to appropriate staff, with a commitment to security and regulatory compliance. Positions are full-time or part-time with a weekend schedule.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous Teller experience or equivalent customer service experience preferred.
• Pass the pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, helpful service and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Process transactions accurately and balance at the end of each business day.
• Identify member needs and refer to appropriate staff for solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of BHCCU products and services and comply with policies.
• Follow BSA procedures and complete annual training including CIP, CTRs, SARs, OFAC.
