Job summary

Strong communication and math skills are essential. At the Kenosha-Green Bay Road location, you’ll work part-time hours, emphasizing accuracy, policy adherence, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (or in progress with end date).
• At least 1 year of public/customer interaction experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to balance cash and maintain records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Cross-sell financial products to deepen member relationships.
• Process routine inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
• Secure assets, balance transactions, and generate reports.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML and internal policies.
