You will act as the first point of contact, process deposits and cash transactions, and educate clients on digital tools. • Identify referral opportunities based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on Citi's digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Meet client needs and manage issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
