Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proven verbal communication skills.

• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization.
• Proficient with internet-based tools and online banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions that meet needs.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demos; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management; greet customers and assess immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Own escalated account service issues; log complaints in the system.
• Refer identified sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch operations tasks (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC/Bank Secrecy Act tasks as required.
• Follow compliance and risk controls; support audit and regulator requirements.
