Gate City Bank in Fargo Village West is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers with everyday banking in-office, full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays. This role emphasizes accurate cash handling and relationship-building to deliver an exceptionalexperience.

You will assist with routine transactions, help customers open new accounts, explain products, maintain balanced drawers, and follow bank policies. Strong teamwork and accuracy are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
