Gate City Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Fargo Hornbacher's Village West Office. This in-office role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional experience.

If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a team environment, this role may be for you! The position offers 15-19 hours per week (Mon-Fri 2-6:15, Sat 8:45-12:15 with one Sat off per month), a pay range of $17.75-$18.75 per hour, Saturday

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
• Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
