Job summary

Gate City Bank in Fargo is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Hornbacher's Village West office. This in-office role offers 15–19 hours per week with a schedule mostly 2–6:15pm Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays, including a $5 Saturday incentive. Pay is $17.75–$18.75/hr.

You will assist with routine banking transactions, open new accounts, and help customers choose products while maintaining accuracy and friendly service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
